Know someone in Northeast Florida planning a major renovation, addition, custom build, or construction project that needs a licensed contractor?

Victory Construction Services accepts referrals for construction projects that require professional planning, trade coordination, permitting support, and State Certified Building Contractor oversight.

Qualified referrals may be eligible for a referral thank-you reward ranging from $250–$1,000+, depending on the project type, contract value, referral timing, and VCS approval.

What Makes a Good VCS Referral?

VCS is looking for referrals that are a good fit for a professional building contractor, not basic handyman work.

A good referral may include:

• Custom home construction
• Major renovations
• Whole-home remodeling
• Home additions
• ADUs / in-law suites
• Kitchen or bathroom renovations with larger construction scope
• ADA / accessibility renovations
• Multi-generational living renovations
• Structural or engineered scopes
• Outdoor living structures
  
• Select commercial or specialty construction projects
• Other projects requiring licensed contractor oversight

Smaller projects may still be reviewed. If the project is better suited for a specialty trade partner, VCS may choose to make an introduction from our Vendor Directory page. Smaller projects may not qualify for the standard referral reward.

How the Program Works

1. Submit the Referral

Complete the referral form below with your information and the referred client’s project details.

2. VCS Reviews the Project

VCS will review the referral for project type, location, scope, budget, timeline, permitting needs, and overall fit.

3. The Client Moves Forward

If the referred client signs a written agreement with VCS and the project is accepted, contracted, and funded, the referral may become eligible for a thank-you reward.

4. VCS Reviews the Reward

Referral rewards are reviewed and approved by VCS. Rewards are not automatic and must comply with the program rules, applicable law, and any tax or documentation requirements determined by VCS and its CPA.

Voluntary Referral Appreciation Program

The VCS Referral Appreciation Program is a voluntary and discretionary referral appreciation program.

Submission of a referral does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, brokerage, sales representative, subcontractor, or commission-based status with Victory Construction Services.

Referral rewards are not guaranteed.

Qualified Referral Requirements

A referral may qualify for reward review if:

• The referral is submitted before VCS is already aware of the project.
• The referred client agrees to speak with VCS.
• The project is a good fit for VCS services.
• VCS accepts the project.
• A written agreement is executed with VCS.
• Required project funding is received.
• Payment of a referral reward is legally permitted.
• VCS approves the referral reward.
• VCS makes the final determination on whether a referral qualifies.

Referral Reward Amount

Qualified referral rewards may range from $250–$1,000+ depending on the project type, contract value, referral timing, and VCS approval.

Smaller approved projects may qualify for a lower reward.

Larger projects, repeat referrals, and professional referral relationships may be reviewed separately by VCS.

Approved referral rewards are generally issued within 30 days after the referred project has an executed VCS agreement, the required initial project payment or first draw has cleared, and VCS completes its referral eligibility review.

Limited Referral Activity

Referral participants may introduce a potential client to VCS but may not bid, estimate, negotiate, sell, contract, supervise, represent VCS, or speak on behalf of VCS regarding scope, pricing, schedule, contract terms, permitting, or construction services.

All project discussions, pricing, proposals, contracts, and construction-related representations must be handled directly by Victory Construction Services.

Duplicate or Existing Leads

If the referred client, property, or project is already known to VCS, already in communication with VCS, or submitted by multiple referral sources, VCS will determine whether any referral reward applies.

Only one referral reward may be issued per referred client, property, or project unless otherwise approved by VCS in writing.

Professional Referrals

Realtors, brokers, property managers, designers, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, trade partners, and other professionals may use the same referral form.

Professional referrals may be subject to additional review, disclosure requirements, licensing restrictions, tax documentation, or separate written terms.

Insurance-Related Referrals

Projects involving insurance claims, storm damage claims, roof claims, or property insurance proceeds may be restricted or excluded from referral reward eligibility.

VCS may still review the project. However, no referral reward will be approved unless payment is legally permitted.

Tax and Documentation

Referral recipients are responsible for any tax obligations related to referral rewards.

VCS may require tax documentation, payment documentation, or other information before issuing any reward, as determined by VCS and its CPA.

Program Changes

VCS may modify, suspend, or terminate the VCS Referral Appreciation Program at any time.

Program terms are subject to VCS review, applicable law, and company policy.
